This page explains what personal data Mixchief collects through mixchief.me, why, and what your rights are. In short: we only collect your email address, only to tell you about Mixchief, and you can leave at any time.
Who is responsible for your data
Mixchief is run by Ariel Muchnik, based in Spain. Contact: hello@mixchief.me.
What we collect
When you sign up for early access, we collect your email address. We don't ask for anything else.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send you news about Mixchief: early access, the launch, new features and offers. We only email you about Mixchief, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.
Who handles it for us
Our mailing list is managed by Brevo, an email service based in France, which processes your data only on our behalf. We don't sell or share your email with anyone else.
The website is hosted by Netlify (USA), which may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email hello@mixchief.me and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
